Dress Regulations

Denbigh Golf Club wishes to portray a modern approach to its Dress Regulations and
hopes that members, visitors and guests will assist in maintaining standards expected.

On The Course

Only golf clothing that is designed to be worn for the purpose of playing golf is acceptable

  • No Trainers or non -golfing footwear.
  • No rugby type shirts or shirts without a collar other than recognised golf shirts.
  • No jeans, tracksuits or shell suits.
  • No non-regulation sports shorts.
    • Persons found not suitably attired will be asked to leave the course.

    In The Clubhouse

    Smart casual wear is acceptable unless otherwise stated for formal occasions.
    Gentlemen are to wear collar and tie on occasions such as Captain's and President's
    presentation evening, silver night presentation and AGM.
  • No tracksuits or golfing footwear permitted to be worn in the lounge bar and dining room.
  • All clothing including denim jeans must be clean and not torn or soiled.

    Persons not suitably attired will be asked to leave the premises.
    The Executive's decision on what is acceptable shall be final.
